Burnout Prevention for Managers
Over the past year, lots has changed in the way we work. In first instance it seemed as if the new situation was creating more peace of mind for all of us. By now, we know that the situation has also brought many challenges. Some of these challenges already existed but others are completely new.
One of these challenges is burnout. It seems as if burnout has increased in popularity over the past few years. This has only increased more with the introduction of new ways of working. If the opportunities that exist in this area aren’t seized in the right way, the risk of burnout is lurking more than ever.
Despite the fact that burnout is a hot topic, there is still a lot unclear about:
- What exactly is a burnout?
- Which symptoms can you notice first?
- How do you respond to these symptoms?
- Which tools can you use?
This is why we have developed the Burnout Prevention for Managers training program.

”This session has helped not only me but also my team. Truly an eye opener.
