Burnout Prevention for Managers
Over the past few years, we have helped dozens of people who suffered from burnout complaints. It often turned out that the manager did not recognize the signals in time.
Even though burnout is such a big risk nowadays, there is still a lot of haziness about it.
- What exactly is a burnout?
- Which symptoms can be noticed first?
- How do you respond to these symptoms?
- Which tools can you use?
This is why we developed the Burnout Prevention for Managers training program.
”This session has helped not only me but also my team. Truly an eye opener.MyrtheTeam manager - Tech
What does the program look like?
Many stress complaints arise from miscommunication, wrong expectations and incorrect interpretations. When this continues to accumulate, someone quickly experiences an overload. He or she will get into a negative spiral in which they experience too much stress too often.
The manager, who is also busy and does not have the right knowledge and
insights, recognizes the signals too late and then does not respond effectively to them.
By giving managers the right context, they can recognize the danger zones. By tackling them on time, they prevent unnecessary stress and workload, for the individual and the team.
