Personal Leadership Program
The following topics will be covered in the Personal Leadership Program:
- Self-reflection and self-inquiry
- Making conscious decisions for new behaviour
- Insights in what it takes to be and stay in balance
- Communicating with impact
Demonstrable behavioural changes from the levels of purpose, identity and beliefs. That is what personal leadership is all about. It ensures direct results in the short term and most of all sustainable positive behavioural change in the long term.

What does the program look like?
The Personal Leadership Program consists of 7 topics, divided over 2 consecutive days and 3 separate days.
In preparation of the 5-day program a 1-on-1 coaching session will take place, in which you will get to the core. After this session you will receive your first assignment in preparation of the first training day.
Day 1: Conquer your fears.
Day 2: Make real connection.
Day 3: Take responsibility and let go of control (2 half-days)
Day 4: Give & speak with impact
Day 5: Make confident choices
At the end of the program you will draw up your personal plan with your next steps, which you will work on together with your buddy/ manager.
